Fact: you will learn something today that you didn’t know yesterday. That something, whatever it may be, has the potential to change your view of yourself and the world around you. Perhaps ever so slightly. An inch to the left or right. Or perhaps fundamentally, changing the very core and essence of “you”. Maybe you will embrace it or maybe you will try to shrug it off. Maybe you have expected this to happen and planned for it; maybe you haven’t.
For the first part of this year I will be doing a series called “Little Did You Know,” which will be all about self-exploration, how we view ourselves and how this view affects how we see the world around us. I will share some of my own “eureka moments” and would love to hear from some of you as well.
Today, I challenge you to notice life happening around you, the changes, the nuances, the defining moments, and to notice how you react to them, what you think about them, and what you do with them.
